A 20-year-old Gillette College Campus resident was arrested earlier this week as a felony destruction of property suspect. The man is accused of causing at least two thousand dollars’ worth of damage with a BB gun on the campus. Damage included several windows in Tanner village, cut screens, and several walls with embedded copper plated BBs.
A police affidavit said the suspect told authorities he was the only one to shoot the BB gun. A Colt branded CO2 powered BB Gun, copper plated BB's, and CO2 cartridges were found in the suspects suite. He was arrested October 21st.
