No Threat to Schools After Report of Shooting

December 20, 2012--Campbell County School District administration was notified after the start of school today (Thursday) by law enforcement officials regarding an apparent shooting on Fairview Road.  The incident was not school related. However, both Rozet Elementary and Conestoga Elementary instituted shelter-in-place procedures as a precaution due to the proximity of the event to those schools.  Law enforcement advised that the shelter-in-place procedures were no longer necessary as of 11:30 a.m Thursday, December 20th.
