4J Road Lane Closure begins Monday, February 18th

The City of Gillette's Engineering Division announces the lane closure of the southbound right hand land on 4J Road, Boxelder Road shoulder on the northwest corner of the 4J Road/Boxelder Road intersection beginning Monday, February 18th and lasting until March 1st.

Construction workers will be working near the lane closure - please give the construction workers a brake! This lane closure is to replace an existing water valve at the 4J Road/Boxelder Road intersection to prepare the intersection for the Boxelder Road extension project. Westover Road Update Westover road from Highway 50 all the way to Burma Avenue will not reopen until Thursday, February 21st. However, the intersection of Metz Drive and Westover Road will re-open on Friday, February 15 at 4 p.m. This means that local traffic will be able to use this shortcut to get to Hwy 50 via Westover Road from the Metz Drive /Burma Avenue detour.
