Westover Road
Westover  Road from Burma Avenue to the County Landfill will be closed beginning 6 a.m. Monday, March 11th through Monday, March 18th.  Access to the County Landfill will be maintained, but those wishing to use the landfill will have to access the Landfill from a temporary access via Burma Avenue and Westover Road. TIC - The Industrial Company Wyoming, Inc. is the City's general contractor for the Madison Pipeline project in this area.  TIC will be installing the last section of 30-inch pipeline between south side and the north side of the road in front of the west landfill access early next week. The road will be closed for a full week to allow enough time for placement and curing of the permanent
concrete pavement, after the pipeline has been installed.

The landfill will remain open during this one-week road closure. TIC will construct and maintain a temporary two-way access west of the existing scale access as shown on the attached Traffic Control [PDF]

All  landfill customers will need to use Burma Avenue and Westover Road to access the landfill scales during this one-week closure.  Landfill customers will not be able to access the landfill scales from 4-J Road.

Express Drive
Express  Drive will be closed Thursday, March 7th through Friday, March 18th at Southern Drive while crews temporarily replace the entrances that were removed for the Madison Pipeline Project.  This work had been anticipated to  begin Monday, March 11th, but the contractor completed work on the
Glock Drive entrances sooner than expected.  Please drive accordingly.
