David W. Wallace (30) of Story, Wyoming was eastbound on I-90 about 6 miles east of Sheridan when his 2003 Ford F250 drifted off the right shoulder of the roadway and then struck a guardrail. Wallace then over corrected the vehicles steering to the left which caused the vehicle to spin counter clock-wise going across both eastbound lanes and then colliding with the guardrail on the left side of the roadway. Upon impact with the guardrail on the left side of the roadway his vehicle vaulted over the guardrail where it then rolled 1 1/2 times going down a very steep embankment in the median. During the rollover, Wallace, who was not wearing a seat belt, was totally ejected from the cab of the pickup.
The crashed vehicle was not visible from the roadway and was discovered some time after the crash.
Wallace was transported to Sheridan Memorial Hospital. The crash occured on July 7th, 2013 and the time of the crash remains unknown.
