The Gillette High School Boys and Girls Golf Teams will soon hit the road for Rock Springs, where they'll compete in the State high School Golf Tournament.
The State Tournament had been scheduled for tomorrow and Saturday, but it has been postponed until Monday and Tuesday because of the weather forecast.
That's Gillette Coach Rory Williams, whose boys team includes Danny Davis, Cody Eastman, Eli Voight, Trey Larson and Kolter Langston. The Girls' team features Jandey Shackelford, Katie Wilson, Julie Seamans, Kaycie Reynolds, and Devan Addison.
Wright's Dallas Millin placed second, last weekend, at the Lusk Invite. He shot a 72-82-154. He led the boys' team to a first place finish.
Brielle Ball placed sixth for the Wright Girls.
The Class 2A State Golf Tournament starts Monday in Sundance.
