“Diet” Proposed For Part Of Second Street

At last night’s Gillette City Council work session, an idea for a “road diet” was proposed. If eventually approved, Second Street would change from 4 lanes to 3 lanes in a large section past Gillette Avenue. Development Services Director Dustin Hamilton said weeks of testing would have to take place before any permanent conversion would be officially considered. Listen to more details below:
