Campbell County will look into whether charges can be brought against the former CEO of Blackjewel Jeff Hoops who’s mismanagement of the company led to led to it’s sudden collapse. According to the Gillette News-Record at the Commission’s monthly meeting with elected officials, Commissioner Mark Christensen asked County Attorney Ron Wirthwein to look into how the county could prosecute Hoops criminally.
