Douglas, WY, (August 20, 2019) – The Wyoming State Fair Board is soliciting input and ideas from Wyoming residents, through a state-wide online survey, that will be used to improve the attractiveness of, participation in, and attendance at the annual Wyoming State Fair and the year-round events staged at the Wyoming State Fairgrounds.
“The Wyoming State Fair is a celebration of all things Wyoming,” said Joe Rankin, fair board chairman. “The Fair showcases our pride in our heritage, agriculture, industry, youth, entrepreneurs, artists, and more. The input from Wyoming residents is an important part of the board’s planning for future fair and fairground events and facilities.”
The online survey is available here. The survey will be available until Oct. 1 for input.
The Wyoming State Fair celebrated its 107th run from Aug. 13 to 17. The fairgrounds are used for a variety of events and activities throughout the year, such as Wyoming Boys’ State, 4-H State competitions, state and regional horse shows, high school rodeo, and RV rallies, as well as local meetings, banquets and youth sports events.
