Service disruptions at Campbell County Health

Campbell County Health has experienced serious computer issues at Campbell County Health resulting in service disruptions throughout the organization including:
No outpatient Lab, Respiratory Therapy and Radiology exams or procedures
No new inpatient admissions
Some surgery cancellations
Patients presenting to the Emergency department and Walk-in Clinic will be triaged and transferred to an appropriate care facility
Phone systems are operational.
There is no ETA on when the computer issues will be resolved.
“We have processes in place to continue to treat inpatients appropriately and safely,” said Colleen Heeter, Chief Operating Officer. “We will continue to update this information as it becomes available.”
