SERVICE DISRUPTIONS AT CCH; NO ETA

Campbell County Health is still working hard to restore our computer systems so we can resume normal operations.
We have been hearing reports that some people in the community have received calls that claim to come from CCH, offering to help restore their patient portal or asking for health information. These calls are not originating from CCH.
We stress that the community should be vigilant about providing any personal information to an individual or business that you don’t know. The only calls originating from CCH are:
- Powder River Surgery Center
- Campbell County Memorial Hospital Surgery department
Calls from CCH partners regarding billing, collection and bad debt accounts are continuing. These calls may originate from local or out of state numbers.
If you receive a phone call or email that you have concerns over, please contact CCH at 307.299.4708.
As of Wednesday, September 25, the following services are open and are taking patients on a case-by-case basis. It is advised to call to confirm your appointment prior to going in. All patients are also asked to bring medication bottles with them to their appointment.
