2nd Reading Of City Parking Lot Maintenance & Pothole Ordinance Draws Questions From Local Business Owner

It was the 2nd reading of an ordinance the city of Gillette hopes to pass that would give the city greater enforcement powers over parking lot maintenance and pot hole repair. Rebecca Bain, a local business owner asked the council about language in the ordinance that would give the city the power to enforce violations on, quote “Any person.” City Attorney Anthony Reyes explained…
