Campbell County Ladies fall to Rapid City Christian 68-56 at Sacred Hoops High School Classic

The Campbell County Girls dropped their second game in a row losing to the Rapid City Christian Comets 68-56 at the Sacred Hoops High School Classic at Rapid City Christian School.
It was a close contest to start the 3rd quarter, with Rapid City Christian only up 31 to 27. However, the Comets got the best of the Camels in the second half out scoring Campbell County 37 to 29 and holding on for the win. Madison Robertson would lead the Camels with 13 points, while South Dakota Coyote commit Olivia Kiefer led the Comets with 24 points.
Campbell County now falls to 6-5 in overall play, as this was also the last game of the non-conference schedule. Conference play will begin next weekend, with the Camels going on the road Friday night to play Sheridan at 5:30. They will have their first home conference game Saturday afternoon against Natrona County at 1.
