The Rough Riders are back in action after their season ended in disappointment with a loss to the Cheyenne Sixers in the state championship game. Now, the team is focused on redemption.
Karver Partlow, a senior from Thunder Basin, emphasized the importance of leadership from the team’s veterans.
“The younger guys have to be sponges and soak up everything,” Partlow said. “And we, as older guys, need to be ready to share that information.”
The Riders open their season Saturday against Miles City at 3:30 p.m.
