Home Damaged In Structure Fire

The Campbell County Fire Department responded to the following incidents on March 22, 2017
At 10:02 a.m. to West Valley Dr. for an EMS lift Assist. Firefighters assisted EMS with returning a Pt. back home from CCH.
At 11:36 a.m. to Bighorn Dr. for an emergency medical response. Firefighters provided medical care for the patient.
At 11:54 a.m. to Meadow Brook Lane for an emergency medical response. Firefighters provided medical care for Pt. until EMS arrived.
At 2:06 p.m. to Elon Ave. for an emergency medical response, firefighters provided patient care.
At 4:10 p.m. to 906 Camel Dr. for a report of a vehicle fire, firefighters arrived on scene and found no signs of a fire. 2 people were trying to start a vehicle with Ether and they experienced a brief flash fire. They poured several gallons of water onto the engine compartment, no signs of fire damage were noticed by responding firefighters.
At 4:50 to 41 N. Heptner Rd. for a reported structure fire, firefighters arrived on scene and reported fire in the ceiling area of the main level. The fire was contained to the ceiling area of the living room and 2 bedrooms. The home suffered extensive water and smoke damage along with moderate structural damage to the roof area. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
