Press Release – Rozet School has been an annual event for the past 7 years, attracting many members form our community. Members of the VFW and American Legion Honor guards march in with flags while the audience stands to respect the American Flag. After posting the colors the program starts with an introduction by the Principal, teachers and veterans. Students sing numerous patriotic songs, and show a student prepared patriotic slideshow. This year’s guest speaker is Sgt. Samuel Cates from the National Guard in Gillette. Sgt. Cates is a combat veteran with many overseas tours with the Wyoming Guard. Sgt. Cates will discuss how the Wyoming Community helped the soldiers endure their tour in a combat zone.

The entire Community is invited to attend the Welcome Home Program on March 30th, at 2PM. Veterans from our community are especially requested to attend this program. Come early the Gym will be packed.

The next Veterans Breakfast is held on Tuesday 28 March 2017 at the Campbell County Senior Center. The breakfast brings veterans together to discuss veterans issues and subjects of common interest.

The breakfast is free to all veterans in our community, supported by the Marna Kuehne Foundation. Veterans in North East Wyoming are very supportive of the Breakfast with lively discussions and friendly meetings.
