Press Release – Help Keep Gillette Beautiful make Gillette clean and green on Saturday, May 6 for the Coal Country Trash-A-Thon! Free trash and recycling bags are available for you to get at City West, 611 N. Exchange Avenue, if you want to clean up before the event.

For those who plan on participating on May 6, swing by Dalbey Memorial Park Pat Mueller Shelter between 9 am and noon to grab some bags and pickers. On May 6 trash can be left on the side of the road, or you can haul it to Dalbey Memorial Park to dump it off.

And, a huge thank you to the supporters of this year’s Coal Country Trash-A-Thon:
City of Gillette
Campbell County Local Government
Campbell County Health
Campbell County School District Number 1
Connely’s Scenic Landscaping & Nursery
The Home Depot
Pacific Steel & Recycling

The Coal Country Trash-a-thon is a great opportunity to give back to the community. Help Keep Gillette Beautiful by picking up roadside litter. It just takes a few hours to make a big difference.
