Despite being an avid golfer, retired Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo fails to qualify for the U.S. Open this weekend. Romo missed his chance by shooting a 3-over-par 75 at a local qualifier Monday at Split Rail Links & Golf Club just outside of Dallas.
