President Trump tweeted Wednesday night that he’ll announce his decision on the Paris climate change accord at 3 p.m. Thursday in the White House Rose Garden.
Word is Trump has already made the decision, fulfilling a campaign promise, to exit the Paris Climate Accords, but the world will find out later today.
