Jay Cutler Signs One Year Deal With Miami

Jay Cutler, former Chicago Bears quarterback, signed a one year deal with the Miami Dolphins for $10 million with $3 million in incentives. In May, Cutler had retired from the NFL and was hired by Fox Sports as a game analyst, so it a surprise to hear he is suiting up for the big leagues again.
