Michigan Woman Sentenced to Life in Prison- Pet Parrot Acts As Key Witness

A jury found Glenna Duram guilty of killing her 46-year old husband and was sentenced to life in prison Monday. Martin Duram’s pet parrot, Bud, mimicked some of his last words from the night of the murder, repreating “Don’t f—ing shoot,” in Martin Duram’s voice. The pet parrot’s testimony played a key part in the conviction.
