9/11 Ground Zero Commemoration
Written by broebling on September 11, 2017
Monday is the 16th anniversary since nearly 3,000 people were killed when four hijacked planes hit the trade center, the Pentagon and a Pennsylvania field on Sept. 11, 2001. The commemoration begins with a moment of silence at 8:46 am, the time when the first terrorist-piloted plane crashed into the World Trade Center’s north tower.
