Demi Lovato’s documentary Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated, out Tuesday on YouTube, is a serious look at her rise to fame — and the complications that almost ended it all. The film explores some of the singer’s darkest times, including her drug addiction (which ranged from pills to cocaine), eating disorder, heartbreak, and even a time she punched one of her back-up dancers.
