Justin Bieber Fan Arrested At Singer’s LA Home

A Justin Bieber fan was arrested at his Los Angeles home on Monday, October 23. The woman, in her 40s, was apprehended by the Los Angeles Police Department at Justin’s Beverly Hills estate, the third time she has visited the property in the past week looking for the 23-year-old singer. Bieber was at home during the incident.
