Emergency Medical Services employee earns Intermediate EMT certification

Press Release – Shane Kirsch, Emergency Medical Technician at Campbell County Health (CCH) Emergency Medical Services (EMS), has received certification as an Intermediate EMT from the State of Wyoming Office of Emergency Medical Services.
Shane has worked at EMS since November 2011; he became a full-time employee in June 2017. He’s currently attending the Casper College Paramedic Technology Program. In December 2017, Shane earned the EMT Basic of the Year from the department and is the department’s representative for the CCH Safety Committee.
The Office of Emergency Medical Services, located within the Wyoming Department of Health’s Public Health Division, is responsible for enhancing the statewide emergency medical services system. Learn more at https://health.wyo.gov/publichealth/ems/.
A very visible part of the organization, CCH Emergency Medical Services team cares for the sick and injured in Northeastern Wyoming (and beyond) through prevention, response, intervention, and transport to a medical facility.
