Social Security Scam Call Alert

Lieutenant Chuck Deaton with the Gillette Police Department is alerting the public of a phone scam impacting the area. He said individuals posing as Social Security Administration staff are attempting to get social security numbers and threatening arrest if refused. Do not give out your personal information over the telephone and contact local law enforcement is assistance if needed.
