Coffee with the Museum Director:Meet new Museum Educator Stephan Zacharias

Campbell County Rockpile Museum Director Robert Henning invites the public and media outlets to join him on Friday, April 5th from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for Coffee with the Museum Director. Drop by for coffee, pastries, and an update on the latest programs, exhibits, and developments at the Rockpile Museum. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverage of choice or drink coffee provided by the museum.
This month Director Henning will be introducing the Rockpile Museum’s newest educator, Stephan Zacharias. Stephan is a native of Pendleton, Oregon and comes to Campbell County Rockpile Museum most recently from Southwest Georgia. He is a National Association for Interpretation (NAI) Certified Interpretive Guide and Certified Interpretive Trainer and is the two-time NAI History’s Most Misunderstood Character Champion at the NAI National Workshop. A Living History and Cultural Interpretation Specialist by trade, since 2003 he has portrayed numerous characters from American History dating from 1761 to 1941 at sites such as the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, The High Desert Museum, Colonial Williamsburg, Denali National Park and Preserve, and the Georgia Museum of Agriculture & Historic Village, among others.
