Advanced Carbon Products Innovation Center Receives $1.46 Million Dollar Grant

The proposed Advanced Carbon Products Innovation Center, (known locally as the Ice Pick) is now fully funded and should soon be in the construction stage after receiving a 1.46 million dollar grant from the Federal Economic Development Administration. Phil Christopherson, CEO and Executive Director of Campbell County Economic Development Corporation explained to Basin Radio what will be going on out at this new facility…

The EDA grant will be matched with $1.46 million in state and local funds, and is expected to help create 40 jobs and generate $15 million in private investment.
