A 55-year-old inmate has died at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington. The state Department of Corrections says Curtis Allen Jenkins died from a lengthy illness on Monday. Jenkins was serving the first to two seven to 10 year consecutive sentences on convictions of knowingly taking immodest, immoral or indecent acts with a minor.
