Wind Does Damage West Of Gillette

On Monday morning, Campbell County Emergency Management Coordinator David King said two microbursts were confirmed west of Gillette. King said initial reports showed no  injuries and no homes significantly damaged.  There were many residences impacted with other types of damage however.

King said early reports Monday show the microbursts impacted the area between 4:30 and 5am. The most significant damage reported were a 30 foot camper tipped over and the roof blown off a one-car lean-to garage.
